Spring Food and Tolietry Drive - April 23rd - 27th
The PAC (Parent Advisory Committee) is hosting a Food and Tolietry Drive to benefit the Douglas/Elbert County Task Force. The Task Force is designed to help families in need. The class who donates the most items will receive a Pizza Party! See flyer for more details. Don't forget to send in your items THIS WEEK!

Don't forget to send in your BOX TOPS tomorrow -- BOX TOPS are DUE this Wednesday, 4/25. Clip the Box Tops from hundreds of participating products and bring them to the school this fall. Each Box Top is worth 10 cents. BoxtopsProducts.pdf
BENefit Bash - Silent Auction and Dinner

Letter for Parents The following are suggestions that will aid in helping to maintain a healthy school environment, keep children well, and stop the spread of illness.
Parents should be aware of the early signs and symptoms of illness such as:
- Decreased activity – droopy, tired appearance
- Irritable behavior – sleepy
- Sore throat / swollen glands
- Runny nose / cough
- Skin eruptions / rashes
- Nausea / vomiting / diarrhea
- Abdominal pain
- Fever (100º or higher is considered a fever in Douglas County Schools)
- Check students health before they leave home
- Keep students home when they have signs / symptoms of illness
- Be sure your student knows where you are
- Give school office current emergency contact information
- Make arrangements with relatives / friends to take care of sick children if unable to do so yourself
